Booking the Earlsferry House Open House Special Offer constitutes agreement
of these terms and condtions.
The Offer
Book one room at full price; receive another night in the same room at half price.
- The Offer is available only for Open House Guests and expires at the end of the Earlsferry Open House 8pm Friday 20 August 2010.
- The conditions of The Offer will apply for 12 months from date of booking.
Earlsferry House offers exclusively to its Open House Guests the following opportunity:
- If a booking is made on or before the 20th of August 2010 at The Earlsferry House Bed & Breakfast for ANY day of the week at the full per night fee in one of the following rooms:
- The Verandah Room
- The River Room
- The Briarsleigh Cottage
- The guest is eligible to book a second, non consecutive night, on any day between Monday and Thursday for a 50% reduction of the full per night price of the same room within the same 12 month period.
- Consecutive Night Booking Exception
- Consecutive night’s bookings will be accepted for a:
Thursday night + Friday night consecutive stay
or
Sunday night + Monday night consecutive stay
- Transfer of Booking/s
- Please note that either booking may be transferrable to another nominated patron, ie. you may take advantage of the offer on or before the open house expiry and gift it to a nominated person of your choosing. Earlsferry House requires 4 week’s notice of nominated transfer to keep the booking valid.
The terms and conditions do not in any way invalidate or substitute the Earlsferry House Bed and Breakfast normal trading terms and conditions.
